EA Sports UFC game face not downloading.

I have created my game face via the website, I have done it correctly. I know I have as I've done it many times with previous FIFA's. The problem I am having is when I'm on the game. When starting a career mode and creating my fighter I have the option to download my game face. However every time, after a moments pause, it tells me I am unable to download my game face and I should try again later. I have tried many times over the course of 6 hours to no avail.

Please EA, or anyone, can you help.
