Community ManagerWe are looking into this issue currently and will post updates as they become available.
In the meantime, as a temporary workaround try the following:
- Use the Chrome browser.
- Clear the browsers cookies and cache.
- Log out and re-log into the EA Sports website.
Note: Players may be required to log in twice and then select the Game Face service to be able to access it.

Dude, EA_Barry, just stop copying and pasting the same answer over and over again.. People are saying that this method does NOT work.
