Community ManagerWe are looking into this issue currently and will post updates as they become available.
In the meantime, as a temporary workaround try the following:
- Use the Chrome browser.
- Clear the browsers cookies and cache.
- Log out and re-log into the EA Sports website.
Note: Players may be required to log in twice and then select the Game Face service to be able to access it.

I'm sorry, but these steps do not work. Neither for Chrome or Firefox.

I am sorry, the last time I tried I was able to get into gameface with some persistence and relogging.
I have just retried and failed to get in no matter what steps I tried.
As we have posted we are aware there are issues with this and we are working to rectify the problems.
Apologies for all of this frustration, we know players are eager to play with their own likeness in the games that should be allowing the use of GameFace.

^^^^^^^^^^^AGREED! big time. worst company due to sims and other bs? hell no, its due to customer service in times like this were a simple,"currently under maintenance is all we need....To start.
