Community ManagerI am sorry, the last time I tried I was able to get into gameface with some persistence and relogging.
I have just retried and failed to get in no matter what steps I tried.
As we have posted we are aware there are issues with this and we are working to rectify the problems.
Apologies for all of this frustration, we know players are eager to play with their own likeness in the games that should be allowing the use of GameFace.
Then put up a bloody message so we dont have to keep trying if its not working!
I sick of trying and trying and it not working.

^^^^^^^^^^^AGREED! big time. worst company due to sims and other bs? hell no, its due to customer service in times like this were a simple,"currently under maintenance is all we need....To start.

So, another day and still the same issues. I am to the point where I will just bypass this feature because of the frustration. It concerns me the lack of attention put into this feature that EA provides for it's fan base. It's painfully obvious that there are many having the issue and this is the perception that EA is giving to it's fan and player base. I will put this into consideration for my next purchase with an EA title. Very disappointing.
