yep another day goes by and still NOTHING. EA Barry why not just admit that its broken and you havent a clue what to do. EA Admin keep posting saying they are "working" on it but really? How hard can it be to fix an issue where users cannot login to ea online to create a gameface, and whereby the website just redirects back to the main page every time. Im sure we have all tried clearing cache, history, using different browers etc etc but its still not working. You would think a big games company like EA would get an issue like this fixed ASAP to ensure its customers who purchased their games are able to use main features which the use to sell the game. EA its simply not good enough........cue the excuse response from EA admin.

To update you all on Barry's behalf, the web team is working on a resolution. We are seeing some success following the below workaround steps, but we do also realize that this does not work for every one of you. We are determined to find a solution for those of you as well, but unfortunately we do not have a timeline for that at this stage.
Current workaround steps (please note that these are slightly different than the previously given ones):
2. Now visit www.easports.com
3. Click on Sign In (top right corner) and put in your Origin Account Details (This is not your gamertag/PSN ID)
4. Once logged in, go visit www.easports.com/gameface (either by clicking on this link or by typing the URL in manually)
