To update you all on Barry's behalf, the web team is working on a resolution. We are seeing some success following the below workaround steps, but we do also realize that this does not work for every one of you. We are determined to find a solution for those of you as well, but unfortunately we do not have a timeline for that at this stage.
Current workaround steps (please note that these are slightly different than the previously given ones):
1. Clear your browser's cache
2. Now visit www.easports.com
3. Click on Sign In (top right corner) and put in your Origin Account Details (This is not your gamertag/PSN ID)
4. Once logged in, go visit www.easports.com/gameface (either by clicking on this link or by typing the URL in manually)
