EA sports UFC online match won't load!

For the past three day or so when I try to play online it doesn't load. It finds an opponent and when it's "transitioning" to the match it says it failed to load! I got to play 3 matches today, took a...

What console are you on? Xbox One?

      Try the following:

      - Go to settings> disc and blu ray persistent storage> clear that out

      - Then go to settings> network settings> advanced settings> alternate mac address> clear and restart console

        I did a hard reset and hooked directly up with an Ethernet cable. I tried what you suggested and it's still not working.
