It tells me to update my password to my email but I don’t know the password to log into the email so I can reset it

i have the same problem.
ik have an ea account but i forgot te password of my email which is conectted with the ea account.
ik can only play on my xbox . ik cant log in for fifa companion.
if ik want to change my password it sends a key to my email adress but i forget the password of the email.
i am from holland.
so maybe my engelish isnt perfect.
