Error 4975 psn

Error code 4975..?? I just was able to use my console for 3 years .now I follow process to update password and not working..I can't play my EA games anymore....I update my mobile number and all ....I need help ..now I don't even want to buy the newest StarWars games coz I can't have access to my online features and that's means my games data also...
