Failed to update unity web player

I'm trying to make a game face for UFC for ps4 and every time I try to do it on the web site a message is shown under EA symbol says:" failed to update unity web player" .. No matter how many times I try to download the unity player the problem is still there.. I tried both mozilla firefox browser and google chrome .. Help please

I do not know what the problem Is, It's not working for me either. Let me know when you find an explanation.

i used game face alot and when i recently tried it says "install unity 3d web-player. i download and install again and it says "install unity 3d web player. i just want to know if anyone has a fix?
