Hi,
I've verified that no restrictions are in place on your account. Since you are making purchases via the Xbox Store I would expect that any restrictions that you might encounter are set in place there.
I would recommend to reach out to Xbox support so they can check your account as well.

Thanks you for that. My issue now is the fact that all of my fights are commentated in French, and I do not recall adjust any language settings. I read that others have had this issue, but the steps they have taken did not work for me, up to and including uninstalling and re-installing. The re-install put me back to where i was in progress, and the fight commentary is still in French, while the rest of the speech is in English. I could not delete the custom fighters I had on my Ultimate Team, as there are time restrictions. Can I wipe the progress, without uninstalling? Is there a way to do that? This seems to have started when I took a custom fighter from my Ultimate team, and started a live fight. I have scoured the settings, and still haven't found a way to get abck to English commentators..

Can you delete that created fighter and let us know if your commentary returns to English:
