Fight Night Round 4 Gameface not working

I haven't played Fight Night round 4 since 2014 and finally got a new system and disc to play.... But when I go to download my game face it says that there is no downloadable content. PLEASE don't tell me this feature is no longer available. I just spent 300$ !!! ☹️

You first need to create your Game Face on the website: https://www.easports.com/gamefaceweb/

Once that is done, you should be able to import/download your Game Face.

Ive tried that, but when trying to download the game face or photos it says there is nothing to download. ☹️
