@EA_Aljo That's pretty disappointing. This is the only game where I've seen issues like this. Really seems to be related to the game itself. I do not have another account and I won't have another console until the series X comes out.

Community ManagerCan you create another gamertag to test it out? We're just not getting many reports of this so there's a trial and error process of finding out what's causing it to happen.
I am having the same problem on the xbox one s , i made an upgrade to the controller, it works in carer mode but not in online fights. it seems that there is a problem with the game not the console. they should fix this problem
i am not the one with this problem, people just quit playing online mode because of this bug
and saying that we need to use another console or another controller i would rather just not play the game.
