Forgotten Parental Control ID

My son has an EA account linked to his PS5 account. I'm trying to give him access to invite and accept friend requests in FC24 - all looks ok in the PS5 setup but whenever he tries to send a request, he gets a message stating its not allowed. We cant find anywhere of controlling his EA account. We can log into it via the EA app but menu options are very limited. If I log in on the EA app, his handle does not appear as part of my Family. Is there any way of identifying how his EA account has been set up and how it can be edited from a Family Management perspective?
