Mine is doing this as well, im on my 9th or 10th title defense and i cant play it anymore without it crashing.

@chuckyyy420 Ye me too xbox one have done so much to fix it till i found this looked on redit only now seen this if anyone finds a work around be appreciated its unplayable

Same here, was in the training week for the second title defense, and after I would do a boxing training, it loaded for longer than usual and said something along the lines of “the request failed/timed out”. It did that after the next couple of trainings, then a new message came up saying something about the progression system failing. I figured I would restart the game to see if that helped, and it crashes as soon as I hit “press any button” at the main menu. Starts to load, crashes to home screen every time. Hard reset did nothing. Currently have an unplayable game I paid full price for...

Mine crashed out of nowhere and now it crashes after i press a button on the "Press any button to start" home screen.

@chuckyyy420 This happened to me. When i get to the homescreen and it tells me to press any button, it goes black and then it crashes. But when i go to start the game on a different account it works
