Thank you for sharing that. Can anyone else try this and let us know if that helps get you back into the game? Once you're back in the game, please try playing your same career and let us know if it still crashes on you.
To clear your reserved space:
Press [Menu] on your controller and select Manage Game. Navigate to the right where the Saved Data is located and highlight Reserved Space. Press [Menu] on your controller and select Clear reserved space. If the reserved space fails to clear, you should power cycle your Xbox One and try again.

cleared the reserved space and not working for me and it’s been happening for weeks! And I only like to play career mode so therefore I’m not happy
My gamer tag is LD72

and it keeps happening once I lose or beat gunner nelson in my title defence (think it’s my 5th title defence)
