Thank you for sharing that. Can anyone else try this and let us know if that helps get you back into the game? Once you're back in the game, please try playing your same career and let us know if it still crashes on you.
To clear your reserved space:
Press [Menu] on your controller and select Manage Game. Navigate to the right where the Saved Data is located and highlight Reserved Space. Press [Menu] on your controller and select Clear reserved space. If the reserved space fails to clear, you should power cycle your Xbox One and try again.

My gamertag is The1aboveall#679 for the Xbox One S.
I'm having about the same crashing issues as everyone else. Mine happens just after my 21st title defense fight. It's against Carlos Condit and it crashes right after I win everytime just after my hand gets raised. It won't let me go past that. Something I found odd was that according to the twitter feed that pops up after each fight, Carlos retired the fight before I fought him. And he came against me as an unranked fighter, but he was supposedly the number 1 contender. Don't know if that'll help discover the problem, but those are all the details of my experience.
