Game face is bugged

I'm having the same issue (getting to the last step and receiving an error).  I first attempted on Chrome and this happened. I then did a fresh install of Firefox and it was the same issue as well. 

So I just bought UFC 3 and thought it would be cool to upload my own pretty face to the game - after spending quite some time calibrating the various things I found my self getting the same annoying error over and over again. I have scoured the forums for solutions but none seem to have figured out why this is bugging. Is this feature really still bugged? And before someone mentions the obvious solutions with "try a different browser" or "clear your cache", don't bother I already tried that.

I would rather have you tell me "we don't know why it's not working" rather than sending me on a wild goose chase.

Praying for an actual EA employee to respond to this.

Hey what's up! My gut is leaning towards the picture being the issue. Would you be able to DM me the picture you're using? Are you taking a picture up against a blank white wall (or white as possible) with plenty of light? I've seen beards cause issues rendering the face because it can't read where the jawline is, so I'm not sure if that could be the case for you. 

I spent two hours trying to make a game face the other day and gave up. It has never worked for me. Even a few years ago when I first tried to use it.

i have the same exact problem and i have tooken about 14 diffrent pictures and it still will say: "We're sorry. We've encountered an error with your Game Face. Please try again or start over." @EA_Blueberry tell someone to fix this ive been trying to make a game face for 2 years and it wont work. Anyways you are ea and you wont care.

Have you tried using a different image and does your face have a beard? When a face has a beard it can unfortunately be tough for Game Face to recognize where the jaw line is at times, so you may need to slightly adjust the markers until it renders properly. Make sure you have a complete white background when you're taking a picture of the face uploading an existing one.
