Game Face Marker Error
Is anyone able to help me understand why the markers are not working in the below image? Have checked the markers are in the correct potions and can't see why it won't work.

Community ManagerJust trying to help ensure you are not seeing an account based issue.
Make sure your images meet the following requirements:
- Minimum size: 480 by 480 px
- Maximum size: 4096 by 4096 px
- Format: JPEG or PNG
- Maximum file size: 10 MB
Yeah double checked against them and both images are with in the parameters?
Is there anything else it could be causing the problem?

Apologies, we had a long weekend here. Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and retry. If it still fails, can you try another browser?

Hi, clearing cache and cookies and hasn't made a different.
Tried internet explorer as alternative browser and can't get past step 3 with no error message just doesn't give option to press 'next' button.
Sorry to keep bothering but is there anything else it could be?
