Game Face on the web is not working, keeps producing the message "There was an error uploading your photos and generating your Game Face. Please try again." on step 5. I've cleared my cache, used different browsers, and followed the directions to a tee. What's going on?
i'm having the same problem i have been having it for about 3 days i think the servers are broken
Ya game face is just tweaked in general but that’s not the only thing the servers have been effecting. Some people’s games are completely not working and crashing.
Yeah i'm having this problem as well. I don't really remember it ever working. The only response I've gotten is "Your picture is probably wrong" even though I've tried using their OWN EXAMPLES.
Don't think this will ever be working properly unfortunately.

Would you mind sending me a direct message with the picture you're using? This issue has been addressed that was previously outstanding and those that reported the issue to me recently provided me pictures that were not meeting the requirements in which I never heard back from.
