Game Face Scan not working 9-10-20
Just trying to reach someone at EA to tell them the game face scan isn't working, it wont let me drag photo to the center. Can you let me know when this gets resolved, I am able to zoom in and out and rotate the photo but that is all, it wont let me click and drag to center the photo

We have several threads on this with various workaround fixes in each one. With Game Face it's difficult to find a one-solution-for-all because everyone is on different web browsers, Windows versions, image types, and so forth. I recommend taking a look through these threads below which have helped most players out with issues getting the picture to drag to the center.
