No; the problem is with Step 2. After choosing the gender, the image uploader itself doesn't work. It gives a short loading wheel and then does nothing. Hope this helps you solve the issue. ( - OP's alt)

If you hold CTRL on the keyboard and zoom in and out with the mouse wheel does that help? We've seen that work for those experiencing trouble with the site.

There are some additional troubleshooting steps found in this post I recommend working through. It's hard to determine a concrete fix as players are using different PC builds, Windows versions, browsers, browser versions, and so forth. I'm heading out for the day and will check back in tomorrow. Hope the solutions in this thread works!
