There are some additional troubleshooting steps found in this post I recommend working through. It's hard to determine a concrete fix as players are using different PC builds, Windows versions, browsers, browser versions, and so forth. I'm heading out for the day and will check back in tomorrow. Hope the solutions in this thread works!
