Website's been weird for like a week now. Any updates on what could possibly be going on?

At this point, I doubt they ever fix it. Smh
I guess this problem is occurring on server side. It worked properly some weeks ago.
It has to be the server, but whenever anyone asks about it they ask which game we're trying to use it on, or pull up solutions which depend on the issues being related to your browser instead of the website itself. If you're not going to check whether there's an issue with the Gameface server, even after we've let you know that nobody can get it to work, why bother responding?
Maybe I'm sounding aggressive here, but I've been making created fighters for a long time and use the website constantly. I used it one day, went to the website about 2 hours later to make a new one, and it's been broken since. It's frustrating asking EA support about the issue for 3 weeks now, on multiple platforms, and getting no change in Gameface's functionality.
Error is 403. guess that you need to fix permission-related.
I bought UFC3 to play it with my face. Would you please fix it as soon as possible.
