@EA_Blueberry Many users have complained. Also, if this issue is due to cracking by someone else, it would have a tremendous impact on privacy violations since this site is for uploading personal photos. We would be happy if you could inform your development team and set this as a high priority task.
ok... I finally reported this bug in help.ea.com. i dont know they'll start to fix it, but we did everything we could. Let's keep an eye on developments.
If that doesn't get the site fixed there's no hope. Smfh
THE STEP 2 GLITCH HAS BEEN FIXED.
However... now step 3 isn't allowing me to advance.

me too. but it looks like same error on step2. They've fixed it so i guess it'll be fixed soon. Hopefully..
Honestly, with the way these people respond, you might as well just go to the help website now.
anyone worked it? I reported about step3 two times and they turned to "fixed", but it still isn't working. I'd like you guys to report this problem if you can.

Not surprised to know EA's done NOTHING to fix the new issue. Convinced they want to stop all traffic to the website so they can finally get rid of Gameface once and for all...

It is absolutely unacceptable that this issue is being ignored.
