Game Face Won't Save

I've have tried to change my game face numberous times but it doesn't work. After I create the new "face" and save it; it doesn't actually save. I recieved a message that the new face has been save, ...

Same, been now 48 hours and still the same download has failed, COME ON EA GET IT TOGETHER

Thank you all for your reports.
Can you please try downloading your gameface once more? We were able to resolve an issue regarding this at 1AM PST and it should be working now.

      @weedmandudeson Hi,

      Can you clarify a bit what error message you are experiencing exactly, and at what stage this happens?

      Any steps you have tried so far would also be helpful.

        Its when we enter in player creation on ufc. Then select download game face that we get the error message," unable to download gameface please try again later. Extremely frustrating. Please at least tell me your working on it and you understand the issue I speak of.

      I finally just got mine to work. I went into my EA Game Face and here is what I did:

      - I changed my hairstyle. Make sure you choose the hairstyle you want because once you import the face to Ea UFC, you cannot change it.

      - I changed the eye colour.

      - Like someone else mentioned, I changed my avatar to Fighting.

      - I pushed the Reload button.  It is next to the Save button in the bottom right on the editor screen.

      After the changes, I logged out and restarted EA UFC on my ps4 and it worked.

      Hope this helps anyone as frustrated as I was.

      When I use the Photo Game Face, The Character Render on the Photo Game Face is Spot on......But in the actual UFC game, the render looks nothing like it? This needs to be patched and sorted out asap. This feature is one of the few reasons I even purchased Ea Sports UFC. Also, A lot of the hair and facial styles to do not work.

        How is this thread 'Marked" Solved when it is clearly not? Is this EA's way of sweeping yet another game problem under the rug?

    yall fawk boys for this on some real **bleep** **bleep** if this ant fixed by today my nig i promise to God!! im calling the news channel and turning the fawk up them niggas ant got nothing else better to do than do a 30min long story about how you launch a game that was not ready maybe if i paid 30bucks for a half ass product than we good but nooooo but you know its cool see if im bluffing i seen enough on here all ready and matter fact yall better hope 2k sports dont get the next contract they make better games anyway smmfh bull frfr

    Please help me i have been trying to play ufc for six hours now. I have downloaded and installed the game like five times and each time  i launch the game it gets stuck on a screen with the two cover athletes with a litlle octagon in the bottom right corner with red going in a circle i have left it on this screen thinking its just loading for hours!! and nothing has changed. please help!!

    its 8/26/2014 ive been trying to download game face for ea sports ufc on  xbox one since the game first came out and always get the your download has failed please try downloading game face again later i deleted everything on my xbox one for ea sports ufc and reinstalled everything and still get the same error message

    Still happening over a year later.  Apparently EA thinks its customers should do their QA work for them.  Or maybe they just don't care.

        I have the same problem with Mac os x. Tried with safari (mac) and firefox (mac) and doesn't work,

        How to fix this issue?
