Game Face workaround fixes do not work

Been about 3 months and I'm still complaining about Step 3 of Game Face; it's annoying, I know, but this is ridiculous.

Step 3 on the website has a 403 error; "the server understands the request but refuses to authorize it." This has nothing to do with the images or computers used by those trying to use Game Face. It's the damn website. It's been the website for months. 


As a result of this, THE WORKAROUNDS DO NOT WORK.

This is something only EA themselves can fix, and nobody has been willing to do so. Please advise.

    Same problem ... I don't think they will do anything...

    They don't make money on it. And as long as people buy their games, they won't care.

    It looks like they completely disabled the feature in order to avoid servers being used in a feature that does not get them money. They def disabled the button and it ain't a coincidence that UFC 4 does not have game face options anymore. @EA_Blueberry can you guys just confirm game face is dead and you wont give support anymore???

    It is an absolute disgrace and a total lack of seriousness to remove an application from the game without giving any kind of explanation. More than 3 months without solving a problem... I don't plan to buy another single game from EA Sports

    YOU HAVE TO SET YOU BROWSER TO 100% ZOOM

    AND HAVE "ADVANCED SCALING" OFF IN WINDOWS SETTINGS

    SET SCALE AND LAYOUT TO 100%. FIX THOSE FIRST.

     

    USE MOZILLA FIREFOX TO UPLOAD AND AJUST IMAGES.

     

    THE REAL PROBLEM IS STEP 3 OF 5: 

     

    "ADJUST YOUR IMAGES

    Drag the image to position your face within the template

    and use the sliders to adjust placement and skin tone"

     

    After we adjust the images and click NEXT - nothing happens
