Game freezes when clicking Create A Fighter

My game freezes whenever I click on “Create a Fighter” in the menu. I don’t know what could have caused this and I don’t know how to fix it(if I can). I’ve spent months searching on the internet to see if anybody else has had this problem. Apparently not. Does anybody have any idea on how to fix this?
