gameface facial markers

When I get to the step on game face to position the facial markers, my photo is nowhere near centered and it is impossible to place the markers on my facial features since my face is halfway off of the screen. apparently tons of people have this same issue, but I have not seen anyone have a fix for this. Does anyone know how to fix this or does EA just not care at all about its customers...
