GameFace Issues and Troubleshooting

Still having this issue, none of the supposed fixes work

The Opera browser is not supported by Gameface. I don't understand how that could work

Apologies, I had not tried Opera in some time and see that it is no longer supported. I will remove references to Opera in our posts.

Have you linked your console account and your EA account?

Have you downloaded and installed the Unity Web Player?

Have you given the Unity plugin the required permission to function in your browser add-on settings?

I reinstalled Unity and it worked! Thanks a lot 🙂

don't know where to change it where it knows I have a ps4, not a ps3. I cant upload my face , and the website is no help

I can't seem to get the gameface to download my male character. I have confirmed my account is linked via origin and settings in ufc 2.  

Please disregard. Restarted Firefox after reinstall of Unity, changed eye color & added hair and it saved for some reason. 🙂

Using firefox, and all plugins are up to date.

I have also tried re-downloading & installing Unity player, and still have this issue.
