GameFace Issues and Troubleshooting

game face for females? Can't see why it can't be done for ufc 2? will it be updated?

I went through the game face process creation on PC then tried to import it into EA UFC 2.

It does not work. It imports a game face, but its my old one that I made over a year ago for EA UFC 1. I tried it a few times with different faces and everything, but it just keeps loading the old one in game.

I checked that my PS4 account and EA account are linked properly. They are.

I've seen Game Face working for other people on the net so I have no idea what's going on. Please help.

Same for me.. I wished EA would fix this issue, but it seems like they're ignoring these issues.

I have just spent an hour on the phone with customer service and they did not help.  I am trying to save my new gameface and it will not.  I just get stuck at a screen that says saving gameface please wait.  I am using firefox and have met all of the requirements.  Is there anyone out there who can help me?

At the moment this is planned for a future update.

I keep getting the  "Your download has failed, please try downloading your gameface again later"  error when i want to download my gameface..   when i log on to the gameface creator i can see it, everything is saved and looks OK....   but i can not import it..   so what now ?    whats the issue ?   what should i do ?    ive been trying for like a week now..

When I go to create a gameface and select head it just says loading and won't let me download a picture. What's going on here?
