Gameface keeps loading at step 4

I want to create a gameface but when I am at step 4 (putting the markers on my eyes and stuff) it keeps loading. I tried to do it with safari and chrome but either way it won't work. I have a new mac...

Hi,

When I upload both front and side images, I get the green ''very good'' symbol showing photos are OK and click NEXT. As seen in attached photo I cannot re-position the photos as nothing shows even if i zoom in/out.

If i press next i can place the crosshairs on my face but nothing happens as face would not be correctly positioned.

Any help?

I have the same problem. Spoke to EA by online chat, complete waste of time. They told me to report the bug so it's great to see that they aren't monitoring the forums!

  Thanks for your help pemby666 but Game Face is not working. I tried everything but it´s always the same, we get stucked at this same screen. EA should refund my money back. They can´t sell a game that is not 100% complete. That is ridiculous.

  I could do that on a new origin account but counlt save the end result but if i try to make on my account it doesnt load my previous gameface till i can edit it (it is a gameface from long time ago)

  Hey @wongkingsmen07, just for my clarifiaction, when you say you are getting the same issue, which issue on the thread are you referring to? You get an error after clicking next on step 4? After clicking Create My Game Face on step 5?
  I just tried this out with chrome and firefox on a few accounts and it was successful for me, so it must be something with specific accounts or hardware, but I'd like to investigate this more.

    Hi guys, I posted in this thread 12-12-2016 as I was unable to continue past step 4.
    I tried today and I was able to complete the entire procedure.
    Used Linux Ubuntu with Firefox 54.
