Gameface side view facial markers

So I uploaded a gameface profile. It worked except that my toon was chalk white and it wouldnt let me change the skin tone. So I tried to back out and re do the game face upload with new pics. When I got to the facial markers for the side view, the site would not accept my markers on my eyes or nose. Anyone know how to fix this?

You most likely did not have the image facing to the right at step 3 of 5. You can use the flip horizontal button to make sure you are looking to the right when you retry.
