When I try to import my game face on UFC it will say it is a failure try again later so should I try again later? or what should I do?

- If he is having the same problem as me which it sounds like he is ours isn't a matter of saving your game face on the ea website like they seem to be having trouble with. Game face updates and saves fine just will not import into the game regardless of having all accounts linked
- Game face saved fine, set to fighter, origin account shows my xbox gamertag, xbox gamertag is default persona on game face editor page, in the ufc in game settings area when i go to accounts i am on the appropriate account and check the origin account in game and it is the appropriate account. Try importing it loads for a minute and then shows the error message the original poster has described.. been this way for a week now. I have even tried making changes to the game face to update it as people have suggested in the thread you linked, hell i even tried making a fresh ea and xbox account and linking them but same thing. Just says download failed try downloading later. I have triedhaving online matches to make sure i am connecting to the ea servers properly aswell and everything is smooth in that respect. Just importing

Yes. That is what I am saying. I own the game for xbox one and PS4 and both have the same issue.
For me I cant even click on import. It doesnt even let me highlight "import game face" didnt do this to me when I first started the game. I don't get it. My player is created ready to go.

We'll help walk you through in getting this fixed, but I'll have to close down this thread to avoid further necroposting. It's from 2015 and players within this thread likely have moved on since it was created. We want to keep threads fresh so if you can respond to a more recent one or create your own post we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
This is not an answer to the issue. You misread and gave the wrong troubleshooting tip and have now completely ignored the issue for two weeks with no follow. Plus this issue is on the Game Face forums as well with no reply. The customer service here is atrocious.
This is obviously an issue on the server/EA side. There are way too many people having issues for this to our issue. I have a gamefaec and it's saved. EA UFC cannot seem to import the gameface. There is something going wrong where EA UFC cannot seem to connect to the GameFace servers. Please try to get this problem elevated or bring it to the attention of the software engineers or people that work in the IT part of EA. It could even be that they shut off the server that handled these requests because EA UFC is quite old now and they doubted people would still be using gameface.
Your response doesn't answer the issue. In game, when it will not download the saved gameface on my profile. Please at least, answer with a "we're looking into it".
