Game face saved fine, set to fighter, origin account shows my xbox gamertag, xbox gamertag is default persona on game face editor page, in the ufc in game settings area when i go to accounts i am on the appropriate account and check the origin account in game and it is the appropriate account. Try importing it loads for a minute and then shows the error message the original poster has described.. been this way for a week now. I have even tried making changes to the game face to update it as people have suggested in the thread you linked, hell i even tried making a fresh ea and xbox account and linking them but same thing. Just says download failed try downloading later. I have triedhaving online matches to make sure i am connecting to the ea servers properly aswell and everything is smooth in that respect. Just importing

Yes. That is what I am saying. I own the game for xbox one and PS4 and both have the same issue.
For me I cant even click on import. It doesnt even let me highlight "import game face" didnt do this to me when I first started the game. I don't get it. My player is created ready to go.
