GameFace

hello, having some trouble with game face feature. I upload both front and side photo and adjust them both. when i press next it skips step 6 ( skin tone ) and goes straight to Generate. It then says click the bellow button to Generate my game face. but i am unable to to press the button. i have tried ticking and un ticking the advanved profile generation but nothing changes any ideas???????
