@snigolian43why didn't ea reply after this? It's been three years and I am still having this problem for UFC 3; and there's no answer for it. EA has the worst customer support I've ever had to look for advice on, It's like they don't care about their game. Fix this error it's very annoying. Also is there a way to rate this garbage service?

If you're still having trouble with Game Face, please check our more recent topics on this and respond to those or create a new one and list what troubleshooting steps you've already tried so we know what to do next. It's possible EA_Barry replied via direct message to the user since it was account related since we can't discuss account issues on the forums in public.
Sorry to hear about the trouble you're still having with Game Face though. With the different types of browsers, versions, PC Windows builds, browser addons, and different type of images users take it can result in errors. It's tough to find a one fix for all for this issue but we're here to help troubleshoot what's causing it for you.
