Getting Kicked Off Ea Server *Dissapearing Players*

I am playing Fifa and when I put players on my club to my team they sometimes disapeer. This is very annoying as I have tried buying players to put them in and still does not work. I am not here begging for coins but asking for ea's assistance to help bring my situations to justice. When I put a player down from club it says lost connection to ea servers and kicks off ultimate team when I go on the player will have disappeared. The first few times I was confused and lost 2 important and crucial players. The first one was Inform De Bruyne and Courtoius for my Belgium team. Ea a response would be great if you could solve this and give me a complete refund that would be very good as I had been heavily upset with this issue and have been happy with the few ea games I have owned before.
