There's special combos that are listed under the tutorial section.If it's a bug, our QA team needs to know what you're exactly pressing so they can reproduce this. If you're able to get a video example and let me know what button inputs you press I can pass that along. Otherwise I have no idea what punches you're throwing from your end so it will be hard to really say what's wrong.
