got wrong code sent to me (UFC 4 CLOSED BETA)

So for the UFC 4 closed beta i signed up for, i specifically chose ps4 but instead of received an email of a closed beta code for the xbox one? Anyone else have this problem?

If you are having trouble redeeming the code you were issued please contact our Support below for assistance. They'll be able to verify you were signed up for the Closed Beta in order to assist you further with this. If you did not sign up for the closed beta in time, I'm afraid the ability to grant a code is unavailable.

I have also had this problem signed up for a PS4 code however I received an Xbox code I am gutted hopefully it’s sorted out soon

I used my code on my Xbox one to gain early access to help with bugs, but when I redeemed it the first time it said there was an issue, and when I redeemed it again it said it had already been used

I only have my PS4 linked to my EA account, and it gave me an XBOX A code for the UFC 4 BETA? Can anyone please help me.

Just got into contact with people at EA, they said the issue has been reported and we should be getting our correct codes soon.

everyone who registered will receive an email. I’ve contacted support again and it’s still an ongoing issue. We should be receiving an email of the correct code.

Not true Blueberry... I just tried and they’re saying they can’t assist us.
