Graphics or Performance Xbox!

Graphics and performance mode are both locked at 30fps I believe? Only difference between the two modes is Graphics mode attempts to display a more native resolution for people using 1440p & 4k.
Performance on the other hand gives you a downscaled version of the game with smoother FPS. What I suggest is performance mode also allow 60fps or an unlocked frame rate with a 60 cap. Remove the motion blur and other silly effects that aren’t needed and leave them attached to graphics mode. Playing a fast paced fighter that heavily relies on reads and reaction times is hindered by the 30fps mode and the input lag that brings!
It’s 2020 and were so close to next gen consoles why are we still locking games at 30fps?! The ps4 pro and Xbox one X are definitely capable of 60fps many other titles have proved that! Titles that are more demanding mind you. Before you roast me with “what about people that own the older gen consoles” well not to be mean “but to bad you get what you pay for”. Please let me know your opinions!
