h2h season14 prize BJ Penn changed into a chalos condit

i did keep h2h season 14 prize "Bj penn" box and i opened it lately and that prize changed into a "chrlos condit"
i send my screenshoot when i reached rank1 and when i get "chalos condit" instead "BJ penn" and other prizes are same.

so i received condit 5 times. all prize boxes be changed into a "condit"

i really dont understand that why always condit come out in the boxes again and again
its a bug. its a "condit virus" many users on same problem now

we cant save prizes boxes because all the prize will be changed into a "condit" you guys must check it out.

she said she would like to offer correct fighter pack "BJ Penn" and thats all i need.

but i dont know when she will send me and how can i take it so im writing on this board
