health event

Can someone explain what the health event means in the abilities?

    Strikes will cause “health events” like stumbling or holding your stomach and being unable to block shots to the head. You'll notice your players icon flashing red wherever the issue is occurring. You're not far from going down if you don't avoid strikes and recover.

    Then how do you avoid from being hit? You move slower and very vulnerable. Only think I usually do are takedowns, but those always get stopped.

    Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive and Dodge*

    *this is probably bad advice, I'm terrible at the game.

    Once your stamina is all the way down your pretty much defenseless lol
