1.First day of strugle:

Yesterday I bought brand new Xbox series s. After that I paid for game pass and ultimate and I downloaded ufc 4. After the install I was ready to play the game. In the menu everything seems fine but the game freeze as soon as I start a match. Normal one or career. The freezing is let's say it show a couple of frames per minute. I uninstalled it and installed again couple of times. I downloaded other games and everything is fine but the problem with the ufc remains.

2.Second day

I contacted Xbox support with which I went through all the troubleshoot stuff. Nothing workout so they told me that the problem is with the game not with the console. They told me to contact EA support, so I did it. We went through troubleshooting too but it did work I still have frozen screen when starting the match. I am open for suggestions. Thank you in advance.

P.S The game is digital from game pass not on a cd.
