Did you claim Brock when he was free from 10/22/20 - 10/29/20?

It's possible PlayStation took his content down from the store and will check with the team to see if that's the case.

I did not as I just purchased game. That is not right to have him on the roster and say downloadable content but then he's not available to everyone.
