I’ve beat the Career mode... Now I can’t use the player in other modes.

Hey EA,

I/We really need this addressed. After spending countless hours training and developing a fighter in the career mode, my player has hit GOAT, and longevity has ended, which is fine to not allow me to fight with him in the career mode anymore. What isn’t right is, not making this player available in other modes like Fight Now, Custom matches, Backyard, etc. I’ve literary built a perfect fighter for my use and cam no longer use him because your game didn’t take this into consideration. What I would recommend is to move the retire GOAT created career player to the fighters list as a Hall of Famer like you do with other retired UFC fighters.

Is this something that can and will be done in a future update?

Please have the Community Manager reply with a valid and sincere response. I’m sure I’m not the only player that feels this way.

Thanks.

  • I hear there is some kind of issue  with taking your career mode fighter online.   Here's the deal,  I NEVER PLAY ONLINE!

I could care less what issues  are happening  online.   I bought this game,  like I bought every other EA UFC game for single player mode, and to play locally

    with family and friends.

I really  don't [Removed - CM]  about online play.....

This  archetype  thing  is okay for players who just want a quick start  to pay offline modes.  But once we  train and developer  a fighter in career mode we should be able

to use our fighter in any  offline mode.

If  EA  wants to restrict  CAF online to the  archetypes  thats fine.  Just let  offline modes have access to our  CAREER MODE FIGHTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @hellbringer2I He is requesting career characters to be available FOR OFFLINE ONLY. We know it's not possible online (or at all currently) and are not asking for that.

@EA_Blueberry It would be nice to at least import the Career skin into creating a CAF or at least have the one created at start to synchronize with the one in CAF.

For myself, I created a fighter at start, which created a CAF at the time. But over time, I changed the design on my career fighter (mostly tattoo designs that I spent a lot of time on). But I found out that they didn't match with my guy in CAF. So I thought it was a sync thing and deleted the guy from my CAF only to realize I couldn't import my career design into CAF.

I think it's fair that you can't take your attributes online and gain an edge against online xp players, but I'd like this to be available offline, the skin at least.
  • I wish we could create Level 5 CAFs and use them in career mode at Level 5 instead of having to train them through the boring grind of 2 minute sparring sessions.

At least make it an Advanced Settings option to have maxed out levels/moves/move evolution points.

  • If only EA gave a damn and listened to us... for sure this needs addressing in future UFC titles.. I have owned all so far and love the franchise and this version of the game is in many ways BADASS but seriously frustrating in others! This being a key one!.. after all the time and efforts put in for career mode created fighters, we surely deserve to be able to keep fighting with them in other modes. This will enhance the game so much and we would all still want to continue creating more fighters in career mode just cuz it is so awesome to go through the journey with that fighter and then if you can play as a hall of Famer etc. that would be EPIC and not too hard for EA to allow this! Surely! Even in a patch update c'mon EA listen to what makes sense and will make us all super happy .. we will STILL buy new releases... just keep bringing the thunder! And we will all lap it up! 👌😎🥋🥊❤

  • I have this issue as well, I guess years later they chose not to get the memo or even pay attention to their fans.
