I can’t unlock Joe Rogan

I have UFC 3 and I see everyone unlocked Joe Rogan but I can’t seem to unlock him even though I’m doing everything right.

    I tried it. It didn’t work lol. I think maybe they stopped allowing him to be unlocked.
