I cant access my old email adress
I cant varify my account because I have bo access to my old email adress
You'll need to open another case. I'm very sorry, but we cannot help with this over Answers HQ.
I already did that and the page only takes me to an infinite loop of pages that dont help.
The page says I have to speak to outlook
to get access to email but outlook already deleted that email. So I wouldnt call this
help at all.
I did all of that and i still cant get any help which means i still cant play anymore.
With loop i mean that ea help page gives me a head ache how its structured
I opened so many cases and still nothing changed. I asked for an advisor and everything but still nothing happend.
Ea should stop sending a code to an email that doesnt exist anymore. How am i suppose to varify my own account? after all these years this never happend all of a sudden ea asks me to varify. I cant even change my email without having access to my old email.
Thats ea's changing system for email which i cant do.
I already did a case. How long does it take to solve this problem I havent been playing for a month this never happend to me before. Until now you are the only one who answered me thank you. I am afraid that i can never play fifa again.
You will need to open a new case and wait for a response form an advisor. I really don't have any other advice for you.

Cant you give me a Telephone number or something just to call someone and find a sollution instead of waiting for answer from someone I dont even know if they gooing to answer me or not.
Once again, you need to create a new case. Your cases are currently not being investigated. Just make a new one from the link I specified and an advisor should respond. Once created, do not touch it. Do not resume it. Do not add any further details. Resuming your case is causing a delay.
Once again i tell u i did that and still nothing happend. When will u understand that this page doesnt help. Be honest did u ever have a problem like this before??

I talked to an advisor and they still couldnt verify me and i asked why and they didnt answered. I asked for a number and they closed the chat its * ridiculous why do i payed all that money.
I opened yet another case all this feels so weird. Why cant somebody just give me a number that i can call. Not to mention the advisor was bad as . Telling me that she cant verify me, but cant tell me why not even though i gave her all the Informations she asked for and suddenly closing the chat on me because it was all to much for her. She only gave me excuses but couldnt answer a single question. Whats wrong with ea it has been a month now. They still sending a code to an email that doesnt exist anymore. I cant even change my email it should be an easy process to do that but why is ea making it so complicated wtf

I did everything u said and the 2. Time i got an awesome advisor Himanshu he repaired everything what i have broken with my email.
Now im online again and can play.
