I cant access my old email adress

I cant varify my account because I have bo access to my old email adress

I can see you opened a case previously. What I am saying is that you need to open a new case. Please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
  2. Type EA Account into the search field
  3. Select the EA Account tile
  4. Click on See more topics
  5. Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
  6. Click on the option for chat

I did everything u said and the 2. Time i got an awesome advisor Himanshu he repaired everything what i have broken with my email.

Now im online again and can play.

Thank you very much EA_Aljo for being so patient with me and sorry for all the trouble
