I can't get into my EA account
I can't log into my real EA account. This is a new account I created specifically to ask this question, because your contact us page just puts me in an endless loop of sending me back to the help front page.
I have tried to get you to send me a password reset email since yesterday, but no matter how many times I do none have showed up in my inbox. I made sure the email address was correct. I even tried signing up for a new account with that email address, and it says that address is already in use. I need to talk to somebody at EA who can 1, help me varify that I own the account in question and 2, reset my password so I can access that account. Please don't send me a copy and pasted set on instructions from your help page that will tell me to do all the things I've already tried. I just need to talk to someone who can actually help me.
I know it can be annoying to go through account changes, sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with both the account and navigating through our Support teams for an answer. I'll do my best to help point you in the right direction, but in terms of making any account changes from the forums that's not a task we're able to do in order to maintain high levels of account security for players.
Have you checked your junk, spam, and/or promotion folders to see if the emails are being directed there from your email provider?
