You 'bumped' that case four times since we last had contact with you. Your 'updating' the case with complaints of how long it is taking is actually the reason your case is taking so long to resolve.

    My first bump was after more than 10 days of waiting
    And your rules as seen in attached here to send rewards after 24-48 hours
    As you know it takes more than usual
    There is something wrong with this treatment
    I hope you can help

      EA sports bigger than this
      Some people in customer service offended this entity
